The Ministry of Magic is investigating an incident after a short video (GIF) was published on the internet.

The video shows a student magician from Hogwarts, who cannot be identified, performing a “finger twist” magic spell on a person’s butt, which the ministry believes to be a muggle.

Harry Potter was unavailable for comments but Hermione said off cameras that such incidents occur all the time, but the ministry doesn’t bother unless it becomes public.
